Knight Frank Hires Forster And Perkins To Expand Il Team

Knight Frank hires Forster and Perkins to expand I&L team

Knight Frank has hired two new Associate Directors - Edward Forster and William Perkins - to expand its Industrial and Logistics (I&L) team in the Midlands.

Forster joins Knight Frank from Savills, where he spent six years advising clients on industrial and logistics transactions across the Midlands. Perkins joins from Lambert Smith Hampton where, as an Associate Director, he advised clients on industrial and logistics properties with a focus on the South Midlands market.

The appointments of Forster and Perkins are a further sign of the growing importance of the I&L sector in the Midlands. The region is home to some of the UK's largest logistics hubs, including the M1 corridor and the West Midlands conurbation. The growth of e-commerce has led to increased demand for logistics space in the Midlands, and Knight Frank is well-placed to meet this demand with its expanded team.

Edward Forster, Associate Director in Knight Frank's Industrial and Logistics team, said: "I am delighted to be joining Knight Frank at such an exciting time for the I&L sector in the Midlands. The region is a key hub for logistics and distribution, and there is a huge amount of potential for growth. I look forward to working with the team to help our clients achieve their business objectives."

William Perkins, Associate Director in Knight Frank's Industrial and Logistics team, said: "I am very pleased to be joining Knight Frank. The firm has a strong reputation in the I&L sector, and I am looking forward to contributing to the team's success. I am confident that my experience will be a valuable asset to Knight Frank's clients."

The addition of Forster and Perkins to the I&L team will further strengthen Knight Frank's position as a leading advisor in the Midlands. The team has a wealth of experience in the sector, and is able to provide clients with a comprehensive range of services.
